Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: If you go to look at these apts, be sure to check OUTSIDE to see if siding and soffet has been replaced. Maintenance takes a long time and it may be that work orders are not being given to them by the office. Police routinely cruise through the complex but still did not prevent an armed robbery in one of the buildings. Go to sleep to the sound of gunshots if that's what you like, but the peeper seems to have moved on. Might want to ask why there were 14 move-outs in one month - sounds like a mass exodus to me!

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH MOLD,BED BUGS AND ROACHES. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT MORE THAN HALF OF THE APARTMENT BUILDINGS HAVE ONE OR ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS. IF YOU LIVE HERE YOU WILL HAVE THESE BUGS SOONER OR LATER(PROBABLY SOONER), AND THE RENOVATIONS THEY ARE DOING DONT JUSTIFY THE EXHORBANT RENT THEY WANT FOR THIS ROACH MOTEL. THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR IS RUDE, IGNORANT, DOESNT KNOW HOW TO FIX ANYTHING, ALL I SEE HIM DO IS RIDE AROUND ON HIS CART TRYING TO LOOK IMPORTANT, THIS MORON COULDNT HOLD A CANDLE TO THE PREVIOUS SUPERVISOR, HE WAS MUCH NICER TO US RESIDENTS AND MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING.

BEWARE:ROACHES,MICE,PEEPING TOM'S..		Springfield, VA Springfield Garden Apartment 10/24/2007
Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: please do not live here!! this place is full of roaches, and mice. The management is terrible. they never fix anything when you call them to fix something and next to that they charge for all of the fixings. The rent keeps rising every year instead of lowering. it not even worth it.

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: Lived here for two years and still here for now. Rent just keeps getting higher and higher. Maintenance rarely showed, but when they do nothing is done. Still waiting for my sink and wiring to get fixed. Items are now missing eventhough nobody is home during the day.

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: If you can get past the noise from the interstate, cars and motorcycles street racing this might be the place for you. constantly changing the office manager so you never know who to speak with about fixing things. If you are lucky to get a work order, the crew they hire are unprofessional. i had my broom stolen and when the ceiling collapsed due to a leaking ac unit. It took them 2 times to fix it and when they painted, the guy didnt bother to put a drop cloth down & got paint all over my appliances. did i mention the shooting that occured???

Not Worth the Effort, Time or Money		Virginia Beach, VA WaterFront Apartment 06/15/2006
Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: I've lived at Waterfront for several years partly because when I went to give my notice I was informed that the policy had changed and there is now a 60 notice required. So this year I was going to go on a month to month however yet again the policy changed and the lease auto renews. The managment doesn't really care about the residents and if you can get something fixed in a timely manner you are lucky. I did recommend this complex to a friend who moved in. She hasn't spoken with me in a few months.
