To Start off with, the apartment was great. The maintenance Poeple were excellent, doing what we needed at a moments notice, even with out going to the office. Then things started to go down hill.

First: We Had VERY VERY Rude neighbors upstairs from us, Directly. Thier Children startted to throw water and trash down onto our guests and us. Then when we confronted this woman all she did was call my roommate a ----- and called the cops on us due to us "Disturbing" her children. Which made this even better was we had told the office more then 5 times and they did absolutely nothing except place a littler excerpt in there little -------- news letter which was pointless. There banging on the floor until 3 or 4 in the morning was assinine. The office also knew about this and once again didnt do a *gosh*ed thing.


Second: Another one of my roommates that was living with us around mid-summer had her car broken into. We had went to the office as soon as we found out and they told us that to call the cops. when i did that then went back basically Meredith told me that was all could be done, Then proceeded to go back to work and ignored me. This is not the first time that a gang called "The Breakers" has broken into cars at I.C. We we uninformed of this when we had moved in. My Roomies car was infact the 8th f**king car that had been broken into.


Third: One day we got a letter on the door saying that the parking lot is going to be redone. When the time came, they did the parking lot in sections and would just randomly block it off in 3 sections. if your car was parked here, the morning they redid it, they would tow it, with NO WARNING. They must have towed over 20 cars and had ALOT of angry leasees. The parking was so bad that poeple parked on the grass, double parked and even parked in the middle of the lot. it was hard to manouver your car if you came in any where between 6 and 8, you were screwed. This lasted about 1 month. if the office saw your car on the grass you got a notice, if you didnt move it, BOOM, gone, towed. They also hit you with a towing fee and treated you miserablely.


Fourth: One day we got a notice on our car saying "You have 1 Day to register your vehicle or it will be towed" Mean while our vehicle was infact already registered in the fron office for our lease. This was a random act one day. Then another roommate i had living with us got a note on his car saying you have 1 day to move your vehicle over to the dumpster area OR by the front of the property or you will be towed. then i went to the office and told Meredith (Once again this Landlord was a -----) about this and she said Register your vehicle. I told her that it was pointless bein we were leaving in less then 2 months away. She gave me a dirty look and once again we on to ignore me. The following night we tested her patience and left the vehicle there, and low-and-behold there was a final warning on the vehicle saying it will be towed. I wernt back tot he office and told Meredith that if she told my roomies car i will sue them and own the complex. she just laughed and looked at me. I told her she was incompitent and wait and see what happens. Needless to say, the car wasnt ever towed. Lastly with this, they inforced the parking passes during the day, but at night, once again JAM PACKED. NOT A DAMNED PLACE TO PARK.


Fifth: When my first roommates left with out telling us they were leaving, we went and told them to see if they can help us and they basically told me if you dont come up witht he rent youre screwed and you were out on the streets but still had to paythe rent


Sixth: We got a notice one day saying that the next day the water would be shut off for a couple hours. We ddint think nothing of this until it took these people 2 f**king days to turn our water back on. This happened atleast 3 times in the year we lived there. Then a pipe burst in the area and our water was turned off for 2 days. They left mud and holes in the property around the block from us. Horrid site. We asked when the water would be turned on with thios and Meredith once again told us, When its done, its done. The office, which this is required, didnt even have bottled water to supply there leasees with.


We would not rent from AIMCO or any of AIMCO's properties ever again for these reasons. They want you to rent washers and dryers now for 35 extra dollars added onto your rent and pay 50 dollars to have ya locked change or charge you a fee for certain maintenace things. when you moved into any apartment Mainteneaces should be free, NOT pay more ontop of your aleready overly priced rent for less then medeocore apartments. Ontop of it, if you are late passed the 4th of the month with rent, they nail you with a 100 dollar late fee and harrass you until it is taken care. Another wonderful(sarcasm) thing is the pet fee for ANY animal, even a turtle that we had, was 300 dollars, and only got 50 dollars back at the time of ya lease end. Wonderful huh' i think NOT I wouldnt ever rent from this place again or any AIMCO places. Take this notice and ahy other into consideration becuase if you dont listen to this, youll be sorry!!!! This is Worse then HELL ON EARTH

I've been a resident here for 2 years. It has its ups and downs due to ownership and managers. No we have a great staff which is committed to maintaining and making this complex a great place.

Horrible. The apartments are run down. The leasing staff is rude and unwilling to fix problems.

The management team, Angela(manager), Deanna(assistant manager), and Toni(leasing agent) are some of the most friendliest and most professional people that my husband and I have met in this business!
Chico(head maintainance) is the best in the entire world!!

Where to begin...
The office staff are horrible, rude, and inappropriatly dressed. The rent has gone up considerably and many changes have taken place to compensate for the rent hike. They painted one wall in the apartment a different color. They call it an accent wall. They tryed to choose the smallest wall. There are rules against pets but they have no bite behind them. There are a few tenants who constantly leave dog droppings on the grass. They have been reported but nothing gets done. The celings are very thin. Noise control, well there is none. Maintnance staff are nice. Some of the playgrounds they offer here are unsafe. The office staff drive aroung in a new electric golf cart. They drive to fast and do not stop at the stop signs. The manager is usually driving it. Except for the occasional dog poo the grounds are pretty well kept. There are a few unsupervised children always running about. During the summer the pool was closed more than it was opened because of vandalism. I'm sure it was one of the unsupervised groups of teens that live in the complex. The place is cheaper than most apartments in this area. The area itself is extremely nice. Best schools, low crime rate, nice. But be ready to deal with the staff of Madison Sammamish.
