Horriable Apartments		Stillwater, OK North Country Commons 05/29/2007
Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: This apartment will change management about once every 4 months. They don't care about the tenants as much as their money. My apartment flooded and they said, "sorry, we will get to it shortly". I had to hound them for a week. The appliances suck, windows are able to be knocked out, maintenance man is a lazy retard, not enough parking, and poor design, they were built in the 70's. There were some good things like how quite it is but whenever you have to deal with a problem be ready for horrible service.

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: This palce is very nice and cozy. the grounds are clean and has pretty landscaping. Office staff is friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this place to anyone.

Have enjoyed our stay.		Tulsa, OK Royal Arms Apartment 05/28/2006
Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: We are happy to say that we have now bought a house and will be moving in shortly but while we where here we where very happy. People are nice and friendly, and the price of the apartment was well worth it.
