Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: While I was at the lakes they took me too a clean apt. to lure me in, once I moved in it all started , *rooster*roaches everywhere, trash everywhere,rude ignorant staff, nowhere to park,gangter thugs hanging out in the parking lots,poor security at best,music thumping through the walls,no peace what so ever,a total slum, these people could care less about there tenants,the last week I was there a guy got mugged in the laundry room, and a woman had her car stolen, these are filed with the raleigh police,I hope these people come after me because i would be glad to rake them over the coles in court, so do yourself a favor if you ever see this place just keep driving,you dont even want to visit you may get robbed or beaten.

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: There is a soccer field, four mile walking trail and golf course all right next door! Also they have a nice pool and play area!

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: Diamond in the ruff. My husband and i are very happy. things are great. Thanx for helping us moving our stuff in and the smiles we receive everytime we come into the office.
