Stay Away!		Springfield, MO Lake Shore Apartments 12/10/2007
Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: The apartment wasn't cleaned before I moved in. There is a bar next door. The security company and the POLICE have been here more times than I care to count because of my upstairs neighbors. There is something wrong with the pipes. There are bugs. It takes forever to get anything done. JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE. Got a deal on the rent for a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath... now I know why...

DON'T waste your money		Kansas City, MO Cloverset Apartment 08/08/2007
Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: Management withholds important information to get you to sign lease (renter's insurance required, grilling on property prohibited, half of security deposit is forfeited standard, etc) then threatens to terminate lease when you aren't compliant immediately. Maintenance is rude and slow to respond, always sure to leave a mess. Office staff is disorganized, inefficient, pretty ditzy. Units have cheap carpeting, VERY old fixtures, and cleaning staff is not thorough before you move in. Phone lines are fuzzy. Not a great location. Minimal effort put in to landscaping. Entire building shakes when elevator in use. Expensive to wash/dry. Residents mostly old people who complain a lot.

Raytown Gardens is a roach infested mess! NO maintenance, no care for the people there. RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY, RUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNN

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: IF you can get maintenance to the apartment, don't expect it to be properly fixed. Maintenance is worse than a nightmare. Parking can be a nightmare.There are "*bottom*igned" parking spots, but not everyone likes to adhere to that. Some just park wherever they feel like it, don't matter to them. Walls are very thin, you can hear EVERYTHING! You can hear the neighbor above you vacuum the floor!!!!!! For anyone considering this place, I tell you-------------RUN AWAY.

DO NOT RENT HERE		Kansas City, MO Normandy Apartment 06/02/2006

This building is run by a slumlord named Del Hedgepath, a community college flunky - you are just a rent check and a nuissance to him. His "property managers" are rude and stupid, and never do any work. Maintenance is always some kind of jerry-rigged fix of duct tape and bond-o. The tenants are real life criminals. Seriously, violent activity happens here. People do lots of drugs, and 8 out of 12 registred sex offenders in the 64105 zip code live in the building. "Del Properties" likes getting rent checks so much, they've relaxed that little thing called a background check! Gotta support Del's Mansion in Mission Hills somehow. Run far away from the Normandy Building and any other "Del Properties"

I presently stay in London, I quiet, fun to be with and easy to get along. I do not drink Niether do I smoke but would be fine and okay and can adapt to any kind of life style. Please do get back to me with details bout the room and pictures if available including the bills per month and how you wish to recieve payment cos the rent would be paid on a monthly basis and the first month rent would be paid prior to my arrival by my boss. for me a check or a Wire transfer into a Wells Fargo bank account or Union bank of california account would be okay for payment cause my boss holds an account with them and would be easier and safer to make payments .
