Don't do it!		Minneapolis, MN Continental Village 06/13/2006
Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: I lived there for one year and by my 6th month, I was tired of this place. My car was broken into, the kids in the buildings vandalized the property numerous times, litter the halls. They implamented parking permits without any back ups or visitor parking, so when my permit was stolen, i was told it was $50 to replace it or to get a garage. I got a garage because it was the 2nd time my car had been broken into - the 1st garage had a busted piano in it (not a huge problem I have a compact car) the 2nd garage they gave me didn't lock. Also one tenent was attacked and hospitalized two blocks away when he was going to the gas station to get his money order for rent, and another tenant ended her relationship and her ex was calling everyone from the entrybox to get into the building. The children in the building will let anyone in. It was a very unpleasant and unoraganized experience. I do not reccomend this as a place to live unless you really don't care about the surrounding area or your neighbors.
