Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: Bad, bad, bad. Doorwall was broken since the 1st wk i moved in here; which was late oct. Maintenence said they would fix it 'when it got warm out' - by the way, thanks for the high heating bill during winter around $150 per month for a 750 sq ft apt & keeping it at 68 degrees- it's now aug and no one's even been out to look at it. All the knobs off the cabinents fell off after a month or so and i've had to personally fix the silverware drawer about a dozen times, because it comes completely off the track, no joke. Make sure you have your dead-bolt key on your key chain because even if you don't lock it when you shut the door, it will lock itself, and you don't want to be charged money for having them walk across the 30 ft path and unlock it for you, do you? Also, motorcycles are not allowed in the parking lot and my bf had to park in a near-by restuarant when he came over. Did i mention his bike was stolen?? Also, one of the maitntence men backed into my PARKED car.. he did leave a note, but was a jerk when i talked to him. Supposedly I got a 'deal' when i moved in- $495 per month for 1 person, 1 bd.. about 1 month later the apts were going for $450 and i was told by the leasing agent that my rent would increase to $585 if my bf stayed over; even though in my lease contract (which you have to ASK for when you sign your papers, bc they WILL NOT give a copy to you even thouh it's a contract that has your signature on it bc it's COMPANY POLICY, which i unfortunatly learned the hard way) it states that I can add another person (2 ppl per 1 bd apt) on the lease w/o the rent going up. hhmmm??? And how did the leasing agent know whose motorcycle it was, and whether or not he lived here you ask? Well, they had the maitenence men all watch us, and spy on us for sometime.. Are they looking in my window at nite too? And if i'm so closely watched, can't they see it takes me 10 minutes to shut my doorwall, because it's broken????????

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: They just give you false information and make you apply and pay the application or holding. Afer they have your money, they said: oh we made this small mistake and it happens. Their owner are protecting them. They never admit that they do things wrong. Whoever apply for their apartments will regret.

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: My husband and I lived here for almost two years. About 6 months after moving in it got crazy. There is hardly any parking and people are loud. There is a person who smokes pot and another who you can hear having sex. The management is really friendly and helpful. This is a great place to live, but it is just noisy at times and no parking. Although I live here I would have moved somewhere else if I had known that is was going to be noisy and no parking. This place only goes to 2 bedroom but utilities are nice.
