Terrible , Terrible,HORRIBLE		Essex, MD Harbor Point Estate 06/17/2008
Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN Harbor Point Estates has terrible service, THE MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE OVERALL. they never fixed anything, I took off work on several occations, they never came to fix things when I wasted a whole day from work. WHEN THEY DID COME sometimes the maintenance would leave on thier break and never return until the next day. I never received things that I was supposed to receive, such as new carpet, walls painted, it was awful. DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE PEOPLE!!!! OH did I mention that the staff was nasty on the phone ALL THE TIME.

Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: model apartment was nice. my apartment is not like the model. mold all over the place. maintenance doesn't fix anything when they do its not right. the neighbors do not like white people. management is rude.if you have a problem with a neighbor like loud music they want you to call the police instead of just politely asking the person to turn it down a bit. just a bad experience.

I presently stay in London, I quiet, fun to be with and easy to get along. I do not drink Niether do I smoke but would be fine and okay and can adapt to any kind of life style. Please do get back to me with details bout the room and pictures if available including the bills per month and how you wish to recieve payment cos the rent would be paid on a monthly basis and the first month rent would be paid prior to my arrival by my boss. for me a check or a Wire transfer into a Wells Fargo bank account or Union bank of california account would be okay for payment cause my boss holds an account with them and would be easier and safer to make payments . Could use serious updates		Baltimore, MD Hanover Square Apartment 05/30/2006
Parking: Grounds: Safety: Construction: Cleanliness: Noise: Maintenance: Office Staff: Although once nice and managed well, this building is in need of help. The hallway carpets are in bad shape and it could use a seious paint job. On some floors there is a permanent bad smell. The management could use updating as well. And I must not forget the mice issues.
