I currently reside at this property and am qualified to say. This property would have been better named "Maria's Concentration Camp Styled Housing". Maria, is the current property manager(they must not have had many applicants when she applied)Maria, is not people friendly, nor does she know how to deal with residents in a professional, or effective manner to say the least. Maria tends to talk down to the residents in a very condesending tone as if they are beneath her because they live there. Perhaps she does this because this is her first "real" quasi-important job. I think the The Boston Land Company, could improve on this property by either firing Maria, or demanding that she take a crash course on developing inter-personal/appropriate business relation skills. In addition, if you think talking to her supervisor(Sue)will help...guess what? she's another one with her head stuck so far up her hmmm...you know, that it would just be a waste of your time. I have never in my lifetime met so many people who hold respectable positions and appear to be limited in areas that require good decision making. Come on now BLC, these people are representing your company, is this the reputation that you or any company wants? I should hope not. Maria is a poor reflection on the higher management team's ability to hire qualified applicants. Come on Joe McPhee, you can do better than her! H.H. was much better served when under the management of Michele Quinn not Maria Palma.
On an up note the maintenance crew are very friendly and accomodating, as is Bonnie, the administrative assistant. My advice to all those who plan on moving into the "Hills" is, take advantage of the cheap rent, save your money and buy your own piece of the pie. |
