The first week we moved in here our car was broken into, and has been broken into and/or vandalized 3 times in the last 6 months. Only after moving in did we learn that this is a well known place in Cedar Rapids for crime. Also, the staff at the leasing office are very rude and unhelpful, and after moving into our apartment we discovered a huge pest problem that they have been unable to take care of. Several of our neighbors have told us they've been having all the same problems as us, and all of us can't wait to move out of here!!
This place is a dump! Maintenance is horrible. They show you the apartments without any light so that you can't really see what you're renting. They make promises they don't keep. It's totally filthy. I can't wait to get out.
