manger is a moron...won't tell you who owns the place because she is afraid to get a conplaint about her to the owner. What should i say ohh ya this place is like liveing in a prison.
They just dont care once you rent in. Whatever maintenance problem they just dont care. They have a so called emergency number which is just a dumb mail box. None will come up even if your apt is on fire (except 911 folks). But the Management is good in one thing, i.e collecting the rent. NEVER EVER TAKE AN APT HERE.
All good and nice until last year when management changed and we were invaded by ROACHES. The problem still exists after one year and it seems that is getting worst. Time to move out.
