I was very excited to move in here. The grounds were fabulous, very quiet, great staff and it slowly fell apart. Crime happened several times, the office staff entered my residence when I was not there and did not contact me, it was for nothing major either. The population that started moving in was as though they had a week giveaway of free rentals and I truely felt as though I was living in a pit, the residences were disrespectful and it was loud. The place is beautiful, but the people that reside here are a totally different story. My car was no longer safe as there was a spree of cars being broken into... why did those security cameras not work!?! The hot tob late at night was like a porno, it was absolutely disgusting and my view was of the pool. I felt like it went down hill fast and the staff did not care to listen or help.

It is not a home environment, where you will feel safe and comfortable. Noisy--loud traffic, barking dogs, kids, pool, TVs, stereos,and car alarms--all 24/7. Don't try to sleep here and when you do, lock your bedroom door, because maintenance staff enter apartments at any time and without notice. And there are a lot of maintenance issues, even though it's new complex. It's unsafe from the neighborhood AND from the staff. Come home before dark, because you won't find a place to park, it isn't safe to walk here at night, you'll probably step in dog poop, and then find your door left unlocked by a contractor doing an unannounced warranty inpection. Condescending office staff doesn't care or do anything.

The Flats at Whisper Sky started out peaceful and wonderful. Once the community was completely built problems occur. On a regular basis I have to contact the office. The pool is noisy at all hours of the night. Only residents should be parking here yet I can never find parking at my building and towing should take place but that never happens. The air does not work and the hallways have dog poop in the middle of them. To top it off cars are now being broken into. The community has gone down hill. The office staff seems eager to help and lets us know that things are improving yet it is somehow getting worse. The crowd that walks through community makes you want to lock your doors. I am glad to not be renewing me lease! Where are the security cameras? The sign says that we have some yet they have been taken down from the main entrance.
