Despite new ownership and new Dallas-based corporate management, the same old people are still encamped in their vacation resort otherwise referred to as the office.
Like a car lot there's no office or maintenence on-site on Sundays so good luck renting on a day when you are able to search.
Management treat the complex like it is their personal vacation resort. God forbid they'd actually have to do some work while they're being paid!

In short, the management here couldn't organize a beer party at a brewery!

DON'T RENT HERE!!!!!

We started having problems before we even moved in. The management here is very unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and incompetent. No one in the front office possesses any customer service or hospitality skills whatsoever! It seems that just about every other month or so the maintenence needs to enter your apartment for some lame reason, with barely any notice. The last time they entered our apartment we had food missing and trash in an unpacked grocery bag. The apartments are very outdated, with the crapiest carpet money can buy. We have stains all over the carpet and have NEVER spilled anything! I started suffering from severe allergies once we moved in. I have never had allergies before! The way the shower enclosure is designed there is a crevice toward the bottom that is crawling with MOLD because it never dries. We have recently signed a new lease with another complex before our lease here is even up, WE CANNOT STAND IT HERE ANY LONGER!

This place is always leaving "notices to enter" on the doors and refuses to be flexible to arrange a time when the tenant can be home. I do not appreciate strangers in my home when I am not present. The notices will sometimes have a span of 5 days in a row that they need to enter, instead of 1 day. They don't care about the tenant's privacy. The office staff is always changing. They are so clueless and cannot resolve any issues. Do yourself a huge favor and never rent at Woodview!!!
