I've lived here for about 2 years now. The apartments themselves are nice. However, we've had some issues that are worth noting.

The parking is not that great. They charge $15/month for a parking pass. The management says they will tow cars with no passes, but we've counted several cars parked over weeks that haven't been towed or ticketed.

All summer the pool was frigid and too cold to even swim in sometimes. It was also dirty, as well as was the hot tub, which hasn't worked properly since I moved in.

The machines in the fitness center are always dirty and the lighting is so poor in there, you can barely see the machines.

I've been living here for about three years now, and I really like it. It's a quiet, small apartment complex. Not much noise. No screaming and fighting and yelling at night. There's a lot of parking. The rent is a bit higher than I'd like, but the apartments are clean and the maintenance guy is fantastic. He can fix anything, and he's quick about it, too. No waiting a week before something is fixed, you'll wait a day at longest (unless some part has to be ordered). The office manager, Michelle, is great. She protects tenants' confidentiality but listens to your concerns and actually does something about them. She's polite, well-mannered, and everyone in the complex knows her. She does an awesome job. There's a creek running through the complex, and there are a lot of shady trees that help cut down on the AC bill. All in all, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to a friend or family.
