I was not impressed by the Ball Pak Lofts as far as noise goes. It is nice and close to downtown and new, but I felt as though I was back in college at a Frat house. Loud, people knocking on doors and running away, people were switching door mats and running around the hallways late at night. If you would like to avoid the college Frat house days, then do not stay here.
We did not rent here because it was a little over our price range but my girlfriend and i where very impressed. Room is a little small but great use of of space. Pool looked fun and there where a lot of people using it. Lots of parking. People seemed really nice. We will be staying here next year when we save just a little more. Thank you for a great tour.
