I lived here for almost 2 yrs. I never was late with my rent and got along with the Manager (Natasha). When I moved out I was informed I would be getting my deposit back. The Manager haphazardly put the my new address to send the check in wrong. She missed a number and also the zip code backwards. Once I discovered the mistake I started making phone calls. End of a long story after a week, I was finally tole my check would be here. Because I kept in contact with management about this she got upset because I made her do her job. The check got there on Friday afternoon, but natasha wanted to punish this great resident by refusing to take my call period. She was in the office but would not take my call. She would not even let the assistant manager tell me whether the check was physically there or not. All she would say is I could get my check on Saturday. I am not sure what rules Wasatch and Sun Valley play by but holding onto someone's refund check is illegal and against the Fair Housing Act. If you have to live here, just make sure you don't pissed Natasha off. She will act very immature and unprofessional.
