ApartmentJudge, founded in early 2006, was designed by its owners as a way for renters to express both their Pleasures and Discomfort in how different apartment communities where managed. They found that so many properties were offering great move in specials in order to entice people to rent, but sometime the special can bite you in the butt... So ApartmentJudge was created.

People from all over the nation come to ApartmentJudge to let others know about their past experiences at different properties. This really gives our users good insight on which properties go the extra mile for their residents, and which ones just don't care at all. From Bad Parking and Loud Neighbors, to Slow Maintenance and a Management Team That Doesn't Care, Renters Tell All.

ApartmentJudge is all about giving renters the opportunity to share their past experiences or reading about others.
