It sounds to me like the people, or person, that is writing the terrible reviews is unhappy in general and doesn't like change.
Berkshire has owned this property for about a year and I have seen nothing but positives. New paint, inside and out, new ligts in the hallways, new parking lot, the list goes on and on. I wonder why, if you are that unhappy and this place is so horrible, why do you continue to live here? Just to complain? This is only my opinion, agree with it or not.

Just recently people have moved out and some rather undesirable people have moved in. They just added a pinic table right in front of my sons bedroom window and neighbors have sat there like its some sort of visiting center being loud and obnoxious until all hours of the night. There is a young couple that lives above me, they must not weigh more than 100lbs but when I hear them walking above me it sounds like an elephant stampede until all hours of the night.
Since the beginning of the year there has been a serious issue with parking. My car has been vandalized several times. Another nieghbor and I had replaced some of our tires, he replaced three, I replaced all four. Someone took it upon themselves to slash all of our new tires. I have had things written in on my window with butter, and just recently I had my car keyed leaving a long scratch down tthe drivers side of my my car.
I've brought these incidents to managements attention and their only solution is to pay money to park at my home. I told them I don't feel safe. They told me that my safety and the safety of my personal property was not thier responsibility, it was the responsbility of the police.
